Posted on July 8th, 2016 in Things We Love by Katin

We recently had a chat with Leanne Brown, creator of Good and Cheap: Eat Well on $4/Day – a cookbook for people with very tight budgets, particularly those on SNAP/Food Stamp benefits. The PDF version is free and has been downloaded more than 925,000 times and the printed book is now also available for purchase on Amazon.

You can learn more about Leanne and her project on her website, leannebrown.com and also find many of her recipes on her blog or in her Gatheredtable Recipe Collection.
