Freezing food is a great way to have a quick meal on nights when you just have a few minutes to defrost something. For the best texture when defrosted, make sure to cool foods thoroughly and always squeeze out all the air from containers before freezing. If freezing soup or other liquids make sure to leave room for them to expand. We also highly recommend freezing serving size portions so that you can easily eat all of what you defrost for a meal.
