Prep: 1. Chop onion, bok choy, and basil. 2. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. 3. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Whisk fish sauce, soy sauce, arrowroot powder and garlic together. 2. Add chicken and toss to coat. Set aside. 2. Stir fry oil and onion for 2 min. Stir in the bok choy for 1 min, then add chicken. 3. Cook while stirring often for 5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through. 4. Stir in basil leaves and 2 tablespoons lime juice.
