Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 500. 2. Bring salted water to a boil; cook penne according to package instructions. 3. Grate mozzarella and parmesan. Make: 1. Mix cooked penne, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and cream (milk also works) in a bowl. Add salt to taste. 3. Divide mixture among oven proof ceramic bowls. 4. Dot top of each bowl with butter. 5. Bake bowls of pasta on cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
