Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Remove leaves and core from cauliflower. Cut into florets.. Make: 1. In a bowl, whisk together oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and cayenne if using. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. 2. Spread cauliflower in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender, and brown. 3. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
You can use this basic recipe with any spice combination you like! Even just salt, pepper and olive oil is great.
