Prep: 1. Dice tuna into ¼” cubes and place in a large bowl. 2. Combine olive oil, zest of one lime, 3 tablespoons lime juice, wasabi powder, soy sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper. Make: 1. Pour mixture over tuna, add scallions and jalapeno, and mix well. 2. Peel and dice avocado, and carefully mix into tuna mixture. Add sesame seeds and season to taste. 3. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Serve on crackers.
