Prep: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Chop sage, onion and tomato. Make: 1. Heat oil in heavy frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add and sauté sage, garlic, and onion (don't burn). 3. Add tomatoes, 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and cannellini beans and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
