Prep: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Hull strawberries. 3. Cut cake into parallel slices 1 1/2 inch squares (about 20 squares). Save remaining cake for other uses. 4. Beat whipping cream and sugar with a mixer until thick enough to hold a soft shape. Chill. Make: 1. Thread a chunk of cake onto a skewer, then add a berry. Follow with one more cake chunk and berry. Repeat until all cake and berries are used. 4. Grill kebabs, covered, turning once with tongs, until grill marks appear, 3 to 4 min. Serve with whipped cream.
