Prep: 1. Clean and quarter bok choy. 2. Mince ginger. 3. Crush garlic. Make: 1. Heat the oil on medium; sauté bok choy for 30 seconds. 2. Add ginger, garlic, chili flakes. 3. Sauté until bok choy is tender but slightly crisp and greens are slightly wilted, 2-3 min. 4. Serve topped with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
