Prep: 1. Chop: green beans, garlic, ginger. 2. Juice and zest lime. Make: 1. Cook green beans in boiling water (2-3 min). 2. Melt butter, garlic, ginger, 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon lime zest in saucepan. 3. Pour sauce over green beans to serve.
