Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Trim stem of sprouts and slice in half. 3. Dice uncooked bacon. Make: 1. Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. 2. Spread out on cookie sheet, sprinkle with uncooked bacon. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 min.

We absolutely love brussel sprouts in all forms, and this is one of our favorites!
