Prep: 1. Preheat grill 2. Halve cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Make: 1. Place whole peppers directly onto a very hot grill, turn every 3-4 minutes (get all 4 "sides" of the pepper) 2. Tear peppers into strips and divide over the plates of mozzarella. Scatter tomato halves over top. 3. Season well with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Tear basil leaves up and sprinkle them over salad before serving.
