Prep: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Rinse beans. 3. Peel and devein shrimp. Make: 1. Butter the bread on both sides cook on both sides in large skillet until toasted. Set aside. 2. Melt remaining butter, add garlic for 1 min, then wine and boil. 3. Add shrimp with salt & pepper, cook until shrimp is pink & opaque (3 min). 3. Toss in beans & arugula for 1-2 mins. 4. Serve shrimp sauté on the toasted bread.
Fast and delicious, really 20 minutes!
