Meat Lovers Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bacon, crumbled
  • 4 ounces Italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 6 ounces pizza sauce
  • 5 ounces shredded mozzerella
  • 2 ounces pepperoni
  • 1 ounce parmesan

Directions

Prep: 1. Pre-heat oven to 475 (500 if your oven goes that high). 2. Remove sausage from casing (if necessary). Make: 1. Cook bacon in a medium skillet. Crumble. 2. Brown sausage over medium heat. 3. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal and roll out pizza dough. 4. Spread pizza sauce on the dough with the back of a spoon. 5. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, sausage, pepperoni and cheeses. 6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
