Prep: 1. Slice onion and red pepper. 2. Slice mozzarella. 3. Remove sausage from casing. Make: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and let caramelize, stirring every 5-10 minutes for about 40 minutes. 2. Pre-heat oven to 475 (500 if your oven goes that high). 3. Brown sausage over medium heat, breaking up as you cook it. 4. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal and roll out pizza dough on baking sheet. 5. Spread sauce onto dough with the back of a spoon. 6. Sprinkle on caramelized onions and peppers, sundried tomatoes and sausage. 7. Top with sliced mozzarella. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is crispy and cheese is melted (10-12 if your oven is at 500).
