Prep: 1. Slice/chop: lettuce, red onion, radishes and green onions. 2. In a large skillet, cook the prosciutto over medium high heat until golden brown on each side. 3. Let cool and crumble. Make: 1. Whisk together blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to make dressing. 2. Arrange wedges on platter and drizle with 1/2 blue cheese dressing, (serving rest of dressing on side). 3. Top wedges with prosciutto, red onion, redishes, green onions, pepper and serve.
