Prep: 1. Pre-heat grill. 2. Chop basil. Make 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the bacon. Cook until crisp. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate. (or if you're feeling adventurous and have thick-cut bacon cook it on the grill!) 2. Grease foil (to help move pizza to grill) and roll the pizza dough out on top of the foil. Use the foil to carefully flip the dough over onto the grill, remove the foil. 3. Grill until the dough is browned and lightly charred, 3-5 minutes. 4. Flip the crust onto a plate so the grilled side is up. Working quickly, drizzle the olive oil over the crust and spread the ricotta cheese on top, then the mozzarella cheese, bacon and basil leaves. Transfer the pizza back to the grill. 5. Close the grill and continue to cook until the cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes. 6. Serve!
