Prep: 1. Pre-heat oven to 475 (500 if your oven goes that high). 2. Slice mozzarella and grate parmesan. 3. Remove sausage from casing (if necessary). Make: 1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine crushed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Brown sausage over medium heat, breaking up as it cooks. 3. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal and roll out pizza dough. 4. Spread pizza sauce on the dough with the back of a spoon. 5. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage and cheeses. 6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
