Prep: 1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees (500 if your's goes that high). 2. Thinly slice red onion 3. Grate cheeses. Make: 1. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal and roll out pizza dough onto the sheet. 2. Drizzle crust with 2 teaspoons olive oil. 3. Sprinkle with red onion and mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly (8-10 if your oven is at 500). 5. Meanwhile, toss arugula with olive oil, parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. 6. Serve: Remove pizza from oven and top with slices of prosciutto and arugula mixture.
