Prep: 1. Whisk 1/3 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to make dressing. 2. Mince parsley. 3. Shave radishes, fennel and apples in thin slices on mandolin or box grater blade. 4. Toast walnuts. Make: 1. Toss all ingredients in dressing. 2. Scatter walnuts on top, serve.
