Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Make: 1. Cover baking sheet with baking parchment or foil. 2. In bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, cumin, and cayenne. Add sweet potatoes and oil and toss to coat. 3. Spread the sweet potatoes on baking sheet. 5. Bake for 10 min. Turn over wedges, raise heat to 400 and bake for 15 min. more, until potatoes are golden brown. Serve.
