Corn and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Slice kernels off cobs. 2. Trim green beans. 3. Chop basil. Make: 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. 2. Add beans, then after 1-2 min. add corn. 3. After another 1-2 min. drain vegetables and put them in a bowl with butter, salt, pepper, and chopped basil.
