Prep: 1. Slice/chop: green cabbage, bell pepper and cilantro. 2. Grate carrot. 3. Juice lime (need ~2 tablespoons). Make: 1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl. 2. Toss in cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and cilantro. Note: It's best to refrigerate this slaw for at least an hour to wilt cabbage and blend flavors.
