Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 300. 2. Toast nuts in oven for 8-10 min. Chop nuts roughly. Make: 1. Break up chocolate in glass or stainless steel bowl. Set bowl in pan of boiling water and melt over medium heat, stir. When creamy, remove from heat. 2. Lay parchment paper on flat sheet and spread chocolate over it. Sprinkle nuts and dried fruit. 3. Chill bark until firm. Break in pieces and serve.
