Prep: 1. Trim green beans. 2. Zest lemon and lime. 3. Chop chives. Make: 1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the beans and stir until coated with oil, then add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 5-8 min. 3. Remove from heat and stir in zests and chives. 4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
