Prep: 1. Prepare a medium-hot grill. 2. Remove any husks from corn, other than inner one or two layers. Peel back inner layers but keep them attached and discard silk. Pull inner husks back into place. Make: 1. Grill for 10 minutes, rotating a couple times. Pull all off grill when ready. 3. Sprinkle with cotija, chili powder, and salt. Drizzle with juice of a half lime.
