Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Halve plums, removing pits. 3. Zest orange. Make: 1. Place open faced plums in baking dish and sprinkle with coconut palm sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, and orange zest. 2. Roast the plums for 30–35 min., until soft.
These are also great grilled and super easy if you already have your grill on. Place halved plums face down on a medium hot grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes. If you keep your plums in the fridge take them out when you start prepping your meal so they have time to come to room temperature before you cook them.
