Prep: 1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 2. Cut onions into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Make: 1. Brush onion slices with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 2. Grill onions, covered with grill lid, 10 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender. 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
