Prep: 1. Pre-heat grill. 2. Soak skewers if using wooden ones. 2. Snap/chop ends off of beans. Make: 1. Skewer beans through center (to prevent falling through grill grates) 2. Brush beans with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Grill beans until they are a little charred and reach the desired donness. 2-3 minutes per side will leave them a little crunchy. Leave them on for 5-6 minutes per side for less crunch.
