Prep: 1. Slice avocado. Make: 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium- high heat until shimmering. 2. Add egg and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-6 minutes or until egg white becomes opaque and yolk sets to the desired doneness. Flip if desired. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all eggs are cooked. 4. Transfer eggs to plates, then top with avocado and crumbled feta and sriracha to taste. Serve immediately.
