Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Chop garlic, shallot, and rosemary leaves. Make: 1. Roll pizza dough into rectangle on sheet of parchment paper until about 1/2 inch thick. 2. Place dough and parchment paper on baking sheet. 3. Using a pastry brush, cover top of the dough with olive oil. 4. Sprinkle dough with coarse sea salt, garlic, shallot, and rosemary. 5. Spread grapes over top of the dough and push down into dough. 6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
