Prep: 1. Mince basil and garlic. 2. Trim green beans. 3. Grate cheese Make: 1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, stir in some salt. 2. Add green beans to water and remove when tender, ~5 minutes. Drain beans and transfer to plate to cool. 3. Combine green beans with basil and garlic, stir. 4. Transfer to serving platter and top with 2 tablespoons pine nuts, olive oil, and cheese. 5. Serve with sprinkle of salt and pepper, to taste.
