Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots, sliced or left whole
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 5 sprigs of fresh thyme

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Chop carrots into rounds, if desired. Make: 1. Combine carrots, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme on a baking sheet. 2. Bake for 15 minutes if chopped, 30 if whole.

Notes

You can change these up by adding any spices you like.
