Prep: 1. Cut both squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds. 2. Chop fresh basil and set aside. 3. Mince garlic. Make: 1. In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add squash and sauté until tender and beginning to brown. 3. Add minced garlic and chopped basil; season with salt and pepper. Cook for just a minute more, until garlic releases its aroma; add lemon juice and serve.
