Prep: 1. Preheat the oven to 375. 2. Slice bread into four slices about 3/4-inch thick. 3. Drizzle each slice of bread with olive oil. Make: 1. Toast in oven until golden and crispy exterior but still soft interior, about 10-12 minutes. 2. Pull from the oven and rub each slice of warm toast with half of a clove of garlic about 5-8 times depending on how garlicky you desire. 3. Serve whole or cut in half.
