1. Combine millet, 2 cups of water and salt in a small saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down to a simmer, cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and grains are cooked through. 3. Remove from the heat and fluff with a fork before serving.
