French Radishes with Butter and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons flaky sea salt

Directions

Prep: 1. Clean radishes and leave whole. Make: 2. Serve radishes on a plate with butter and a small dish of flaky sea salt. 3. To eat, dip radishes in the butter and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Notes

Perfect for a last minute veg side, or if you are looking for a quick spring/summer appetizer simply add a few more bunches of radishes and a little extra butter and salt. This dish is all about the intense spicy bite of the radish and the creaminess of the butter - you may want to splurge a little on a nice butter.
