Prep: 1. Light or turn on grill. 2. Chop parsley and tomatoes. 3. Grate yellow onion. 4. In a bowl, stir together beef, parsley, tomatoes, Aleppo, allspice, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, onions, salt, and pepper. 5. Form 2 tablespoon beef mixture each around the end of 12 skewers. Make: 1. Grill, turning, until lightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
This recipe is delicious served as a main dish, but if you are having a party, make smaller skewers by forming about one tablespoon of the meat mixture around each skewer. This should yield about 20 small skewers.
