Prep: 1. Preheat Grill (medium) or Oven (350) 2. Chop scallions, parsley, mint. (If you have one, use a food processor to speed it up) 3. Crush garlic. For Grilled Patties: 1. Mix all ingredients in bowl (use hands to combine well). 2. Form "meatballs" of mixture around metal or soaked wooden skewers. 3. Grill until done, while rotating, about 3-5 minutes per side. For Baked Patties: 1. Mix all ingredients in bowl (use hands to combine well). 2. Make "meatballs" of mixture, place on a foil-covered baking sheet, press gently with palm to shape into patties. 3. Bake for 10 minutes on each side, flipping once.
