Prep: 1. Preheat a grill or pan to medium-high heat. 2. Peel, pit and mash 2 avocados. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Chop dill. 5. Grate 1/2 cucumber. 6. Silce 1 cucumber, red onion and (optional) tomatoes. Make: 1. Make avocado tzatziki: Combine avocados, grated cucumber, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 clove of minced garlic, juice of 2 lemons, olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a small mixing bowl. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, oregano, dill, garlic, and lemon zest, if using. 3. Add meat and mix with your hands until well incorporated. 4. Form mixture into 4 patties, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) to desired level of doneness. 5. Serve in lettuce wraps topped with tomato, sliced cucumber, onion slices, and avo-ziki.
