Prep: 1. Slice chicken into cubes. 2. If wood skewers, soak in water to avoid char. Make: 1. Combine cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper, yogurt, turmeric, cayenne pepper and oil in a bowl; add chicken last to marinade, chill and cover for 30 minutes (longer is fine). 2. Skewer chicken and grill, turning until done, about 5 minutes per side.
To take it up a notch you can use seeds (cumin, coriander, peppercorns), toast them and crush in a mortar & pestle. If you don't like it spicy just skip the cayenne.
