Prep: 1. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces 2. Thinly slice radishes and carrots (peel carrots if desired). Make: 1. Whisk together the buttermilk and mayonnaise. Stir in the dill, chives, salt. 2. Toss together lettuce, radishes, and carrots. 3. Plate salad and top with dressing.
This is also great topped with feta cheese if you have it on hand.
