Make: 1. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the berries with the honey and two tablespoons of water. Simmer for about five minutes, then crush loosely with a fork and refrigerate to cool. 2. Meanwhile, pour heavy cream into a large bowl and whip until peaks begin to form (if you like you can add a couple tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla at this point if you prefer a sweeter dessert) 3. When the berries are cool combine with the yogurt, and then fold the whipped cream into the berries and yogurt. 4. You can eat this right away but its best if you can let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
