Prep: 1. Cut grapes in half. 2. Slice celery. Make: 1. Cook chicken with a little oil and water over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. When done cut chicken into cubes. 2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, curry powder and cayenne until smooth. 3. Add the chicken, celery, grapes and fold until well-coated. 4. Serve!
We love to serve with with lettuce wraps, pita bread or crackers.
