Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 500. 2. Trim woody ends off of asparagus and cut into 1 inch pieces. 3. Zest whole lemon, juice half (reserve other half for other purposes). Make: 1. Heat oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 1 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook, 1-2 minutes per side, until opaque. Add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and set aside. 2. Sprinkle baking sheet with cornmeal and roll out dough onto baking sheet. 3. Spread on the shredded mozzarella and top with the asparagus pieces, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, the lemon zest, the cooked shrimp and parmesan. 4. Bake pizza until bottom of crust is crisp, about 12-14 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
