Prep: 1. Slice rhubarb. 2. Preheat oven to 375. Make: 1. Stir rhubarb, agave, 1/2 cup almond flour, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in bowl. 2. Make topping: Mix of 2 tablespoon each of butter, brown sugar, almond flour, and 1/2 cup oats. 2. Pour into pie pan, cover with topping 3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
We love bulking up the topping with oats, but feel free to leave them out if you prefer.
