Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Directions

1. Mix oats, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and syrup in a bowl. 2. Spread onto cookie sheet. 3. Bake 12 minutes at 350, will crisp up when cooled. Feel free to add whatever when done! e.g.: salted pecans, cashew nuts, raisins, cranberries, etc.
