Prep: 1. Boil water for pasta. 2. Chop dill. 3. Remove tails from shrimp. Make: 1. Once water boils, cook pasta according to package instructions (once pasta is done, drain and return to pan) 2. Meanwhile melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Once butter is melted add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, until flour starts to brown. 3. Whisk in milk and cook to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste, and dill. 4. While sauce is thickening cook shrimp (if using raw), heat oil over medium heat, and cook shrimp until opaque and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. If using cooked, just heat them in the sauce. 5. Toss together pasta, sauce, and shrimp. Serve.
