Oven Baked Fish Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cut fish into strips, season with salt and pepper. 3. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper - bowl #1 4. Crack eggs and beat them - bowl #2 5. Grate parmesan and mix with bread crumbs - bowl #3 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil. Make: 1. Toss each strip in the flour and shake off any excess. 2. Next, dip the strip into the egg mixture and then coat the strip with the breadcrumb mixture. 3. Slightly press the strip into the crumbs to make sure it is well coated. 4. Arrange strips in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crumbs are golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
