Banana Chocolate Chip Cake (gf)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch cake pan or two loaf pans. Make: 1. Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix egg, vanilla, oil, and agave nectar. 3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and add in bananas and chocolate chips. 4. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
